Why should I add a sunroom to my home?
We’ve had many of our customers tell us they cannot imagine life without their sunroom and wish they had built one sooner. A Betterliving patio or sunroom provides the serenity of the outdoors, indoors. Many customers add a sunroom to take advantage of a beautiful view and others simply to enlarge their living space with a light-filled area. Yet we have others who first and foremost want to add value to their home.
Living in the Midwest, I’d like to add a sunroom, but can I use it all year?
Certainly. Betterliving builds year-round vinyl sunrooms that will give you a comfortable and relaxing space regardless of the season. We use insulated “low E” glass and argon gas windows, and install highly efficient Amana P-Tac heating and cooling units.
How much does a sunroom cost?
Good question. However, it can only be realistically answered after we visit your home and examine the site. Then, we’ll provide an accurate, no-obligation to-the-penny price. There are many considerations when pricing a Betterliving patio room. We have to determine whether or not the area is “code compliant” (see FAQs), what we must remove in order to build your new room and how we need to customize to match the roofline. Once we know that information, we’ll be able to offer a range of prices and styles that can fit your own budget.
